Leadership is a balancing act. In this interactive workshop we will address different levels of leadership and explore how to achieve the highest level of leadership. Additionally we will explore the difference between management and leadership and determine when to apply each. At the end of the workshop leaders will be more prepared to master the art of the complex leadership role and inspire team members for continued success.
