Vince Bovino, Principle Consultant for Bovino Consulting Group, is the most exerienced and knowledgeable High Performance Gainsharing consultant in North America. He and his firm have designed, developed, and implemented over 250 High-Performance Gainsharing systems for corporations throughout the United States, Canda, Australia, South America, and China. The information he will share with our SHRM Chapter will reflect this extensive experience.

Vince will introduce the four major components of a High Performance Gainsharing System and then discuss how to effectively merge each component into a single system. Vince will also provide members with actual Gainsharing Plan documents, along with current case studies reflecting dramatic operating performance improvements. Improvements in employee productivity range from 15% to 40% ... improvements in product quality range from 20% to 60% ... etc.
