Presenter: Jay Snyder, cPT (ACSM & ACE)

Bio: Jay Snyder, personal trainer certified by both the American Council on Exercise and the American College of Sports Medicine. Jay has several national and local media appearances, including the on-air trainer of choice for six months on Fox 13's morning show, Good Day Utah. For nearly ten years, Jay worked with executives at highly acclaimed destination spas and was co-owner of the spa that later became the choice for NBC's The Biggest Loser. Now, Jay sits on the Utah Council for Worksite Health Promotion and the Association for Cardiovascular Health of Utah and is the co-owner of MyFitnessPartner.com, a Utah based online video workout and resource center for individuals and companies. Loving to speak, Jay performs workshops and lectures on a broad base of topics.
